Rental Renovation

This renovation was done for a client just starting out as a rental property owner who wanted to update their newly purchased unit to attract renters. The kitchen was outdated, and the client wanted to open the space into the living room. This provided an opportunity to increase counter space and rearrange appliances for better flow and functionality. Finishes were chosen for simplicity and durability for a rental unit. Light colors allowed the limited natural light to reflect into the space.
