Living Room Addition (in construction)
The homeowners wished to add to their cape-style house to provide a large room and adjacent deck for entertaining. Working closely with the contractor, we guided them through the design and construction process and provided comprehensive permit drawings covering architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior design. Soon to be completed construction, this addition will seamlessly connect to the existing home.
