Living Room Addition
The homeowners wished to add to their cape-style house to provide a large room and adjacent deck for entertaining. Working closely with the contractor, we guided them through the design and construction process and provided comprehensive permit drawings covering architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior design. Recently completed, this addition seamlessly connects to the existing home.
